Don’t Be a Fucktard!
A psychiatrist once said “With his electric blue hair, smokey-eye makeup and eccentric style of clothing I believe he has identity issues” You’d have to agree that JNewtz certainly has a verydistinctive look, especially for a comedian. In the 90’s you would have thought he was in a punkband. In the 2020’s he is mistaken for a non-binary, gender confused pin-up they/them. “I look likethis because my Dad is English and my Mum is Noel Fielding” JNewtz said.
Inspired by the likes of Jimmy Carr and Ricky Gervais, JNewtz has a no-holes-bared, who gives a fuck attitude and has no time for wokeism, snowflakes or people who get easily offended. This is summed up with his catch phrase ‘Don’t be a Fucktard!’ which basically means grow up and stop being a cunt. You will never find JNewtz saying sorry for telling a joke and the way he sees things; nothing is off limits. “Being offended is part of life. Being dead, is part of being dead. So enjoy beingoffended to know you’re still alive!” JNewtz says.
JNewtz is also heavily inspired by classic comedy such as The Goon Show, Monty Python and Not the 9 O’clock News. “Many of these groups made fun of the society they were living in at that time, the grasp of the government and the hypocrisy of the old ways. I do the same thing, only in my generation I'm talking to all the fuckwits and how ridiculous the world has become”
His material is a mix of well crafted observations combined with silly nonsensical wackiness. A strength of his is voices and accents which adds to the craziness. He’s had Owen Wilson admit he wants to suck cock, Mickey Mouse is here for a gang bang and Christopher Walken sharing thoughts on gun control.
“Too many comedians self-censor themselves in the fear of being cancelled. We can’t call a spade a spade anymore - what if it wants to be a hoe?! It’s time we cancelled cancel culture” JNewtz says.
JNewtz has his sights set on touring the world, connecting with people and bringing them all together to laugh at the craziness of life and the constant contradictions of the society that we have created. He is also co-creator of The WTF?! Show.
